We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to act as the bridge between our business teams and the technical teams. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing technical solutions, and ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate IT requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with software developers, system architects, and network engineers to design solutions.
• Assist in system design, configuration, and testing.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to support IT project decisions.
• Manage change requests and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements while adhering to IT best practices.
• Help drive digital transformation initiatives and IT modernization projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and system integration.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Microsoft Visio, and business analysis software.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, databases, and networking concepts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
