About The Role

As a Commis II in the Kitchen you will be responsible for the preparation and assisting with the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie.

What You Will Do

You will set up the station by obtaining all equipment and materials needed, prepare the station for service, prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing, and ensure a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Commis II to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Bring

Culinary education is strongly preferred

At least 2 years culinary experience

Passion for food

Strong command of the English language

Excellent commitment to service and team work
