* Lead and manage the sales and project teams within the CGS division, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
* Drive B2B project sales, from lead conversion to closing deals and developing long-term partnerships.
* Formulate and implement strategic sales plans aligned with client goals and company vision.
* Research and identify new market opportunities, build a strong client pipeline, and foster business relationships.
* Engage with stakeholders and decision-makers to effectively position CGS solutions.
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
* Promote a results-driven team environment through mentoring, coaching, and skills development.
🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 10 years of experience in CGS sales and project execution
* Proven ability to lead and manage technical and sales teams
* In-depth knowledge of CGS design, industry standards, and project lifecycle
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to convey technical value in business terms
