Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the development and production of high-quality visual materials to support the center’s branding, marketing, and communication efforts. The role involves designing visual identities, social media content, event materials, advertising assets, and interactive designs while ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Production of Visual Materials
• Develop visual identities for major projects and events, including logos, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
• Create engaging social media content (static and animated), infographics, and marketing materials.
• Design presentations, flyers, brochures, and promotional assets for campaigns.
• Produce interactive designs such as filters for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Modify and resize designs for multiple platforms and ensure adherence to branding guidelines.
Media Content Support & Coordination
• Support advertising and marketing campaigns with professional visual assets.
• Collaborate with the media team to maintain visual identity consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest creative trends and apply them to designs.
• Manage and archive design files for easy future reference.
Project Management & Reporting
• Coordinate with PR and media teams to meet creative requirements.
• Provide reports on the performance and effectiveness of visual materials.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and high-quality design standards.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in creative graphic design (3 years in Qatar)
• Software Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro; familiarity with Figma/Adobe XD, 3D tools (Blender/Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading & writing).
Other Requirements:
o Strong portfolio showcasing visual identity, branding, and marketing designs.
o Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
o Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
o Work permit and a certificate of good conduct required.
Commitment & Availability
• Full-time, on-site role
• Occasional availability on holidays or major events (4 times per year).
