We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Manager to join our team in Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As a Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences during night shifts at our prestigious hotel.

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations during night shifts, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the night shift team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and manage guest satisfaction, implementing proactive measures to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare, review, and monitor guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Conduct regular safety and security checks throughout the property during night hours.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate effectively with the management team for proper follow-up and action.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in hotel front office operations
  • Proficiency in Opera CRS, Opera PM, Opera Sales & Catering, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop team members
  • Exceptional guest service skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
  • Previous international hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Multilingual skills (advantageous)
  • Arabic Language is preferred
