Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the charge on HR projects that matter – from improving processes and policies to shaping future strategies. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, turning complex challenges into smooth, efficient solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading cross-functional HR projects focused on process optimization, policy enhancement, and strategic transformation
  • Responsible for successful delivery of the approved plans across HR areas in alignment with all stakeholders & internal departments (e.g. IT, Finance, other Business Divisions etc.)
  • Lead the integration of the different work streams to produce congruent business solutions that result in positive impact to the business.
  • Using data analytics to drive decisions and measure impact across all HR initiatives
  • Act as a change agent for new initiative/project/improvement to ensure acceptance from all stakeholders and end users. Create, lead and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
  • Applying design thinking methodologies to create user-friendly and innovative HR solutions
  • Facilitating workshops and focus groups to gather input, build engagement, and drive collaboration
  • Managing timelines, resources, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and on point

Qualifications & Experience: What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s got the expertise and the energy to make change stick. You should be a proactive problem solver with a strong grasp of people, processes, and project delivery.

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need

  • High School Qualification / Vocational ‘Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with minimum 7 years of job-related experience or Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 6 years of job-related experience
  • Solid experience in managing end-to-end HR projects
  • Strong project management skills, ideally with a recognized certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Hands-on experience using data analytics to shape and inform HR strategies
  • Experience applying design thinking in real-world HR or organizational challenges
  • Confident facilitator – someone who can lead engaging workshops and drive alignment
  • Background in process improvement, policy review, or strategic HR transformation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for HR and a mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation
