Job Description
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source internal models and ensure the styling is aligned with the brand’s personality
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography, including editing and post-production
- Obtain input from management, ensuring the content meets organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include simultaneous projects for the resort
- Manage brand photoshoots, agency photoshoots, and any content creation project
- Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve content creation capabilities
- Update and maintain internal archive of designs, photography, and video
- Keep up to date with marketing trends, competitors, new production techniques and the digital ecosystem, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience groups
- Handle and use all the available equipment and tools in a proper manner
- Liaise with print agencies when needed to bring the property’s collateral and marketing to life.
- Create graphics for web pages, presentations, collaterals, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Produce entertaining or educational material and is responsible for the contribution of information to any media in regard to the hotel.
- Create both digital media and offline content that caters to the interests of a target audience and the ability to blend their content guidelines with creativity.
- Assists with the coordination of social media influencers and media visits in the hotel and coordinates with the respective departments accordingly.
- Liaise with restaurants, the spa, and other departments and outside partners to create promotional videos and photos for the special days.
- Create seasonal promotion campaigns to drive revenue and work with PR, Sales, Reservations, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth executions.
- Provide support and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, guest, or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Background or degree in film studies, photography, or related field
- 2 years of experience as a photographer and videographer
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Proficiency required in camera operation, sound equipment and the overall production and post-production process (editing, animations, effects)
- Well-versed with special effects, animations, and all tools required
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A strong eye for visual composition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
