Primary Purpose Of The Job
Assist the Sr. Catering Services Supervisor in monitoring, checking, inspecting and oversees the provision of the Catering Services to ensure the contractor aligned with Catering Services contract obligations, terms, and conditions.
Required Experience And Skills
- Incumbent should speak and write English and preferably Arabic.
- Knowledge of computer applications— particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in International Standard Hotel or experience in industrial mess facilities and catering for private functions.
Educational Qualifications
- Completion of Higher Secondary (12 years) education supplemented by 2-3 years diploma course in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or Food & Beverages.
