About The Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our quickly growing Loyalty Marketing team as a Loyalty Marketing Coordinator.

In this role, you will support the loyalty marketing team in executing key campaigns and initiatives in order to achieve predetermined and shared objectives through co-ordination of stakeholders and assets, as well as operationalization of offer set-up, data preparation and reporting.

Additionally, this role will capture and share cross-business best practices determined by the Loyalty Marketing Manager for loyalty campaigns.

As Part Of Your Daily Responsibilities, You Will Also

  • Assist in campaign execution and of email campaigns, brochures and direct mail
  • Cooperate closely with the campaign leads, collect and consolidate the campaign & marketing activities delivered to provide a consolidated view of performance in relation to the department objectives
  • Up-keep, review and report of marketing assets and their performance to ensure consistent customer interface delivery in accordance to the team customer engagement and revenue targets
  • Work with Loyalty Marketing Specialists to solve business and customer problems through executing relevant campaign assets in line with an agreed campaign design. Including but not limited to key visuals, copy content, email assets, printed assets, web assets and toolkit elements
  • Support the Loyalty Marketing campaign lead during the creative process for campaigns through submission of briefs and review of assets in accordance to an agreed campaign brief.

About You

An ideal candidate should possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of job-related experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding or enthusiasm for the airline industry
  • Beginners to intermediate level of analytical/Numerical skills to be able to analyze campaign performance stats and produce reports.
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests
  • Good presentation skills
