Job Purpose:

We are currently seeking a skilled Lifeguard & Swimming Coach who is passionate about safety, swimming, and five-star guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around all pool areas
• Provide professional swim coaching and instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool and surrounding areas
• Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations
• Respond quickly and efficiently to any emergencies or incidents
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, maintenance logs, and incident reports
• Promote a culture of safety, fitness, and exceptional guest service

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification
• CPR and First Aid certification (must be current)
• Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor (preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude
• Multilingual skills are a plus
