About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and planning innovation efforts in enhancing Digital direct revenue. This strategic role will focus on developing and executing effective strategies that optimize our distribution marketing channels, to improve customer acquisition and achieve cost optimization. This leader will possess a robust background in strategic cross-channel digital marketing and a proven track record in revenue generation within the travel or airline industry.

As Part Of Your Daily Responsibilities, You Will Also

  • Formulate and execute distributions strategic initiatives in collaboration with Global Sales, Revenue Management, and regional teams to ensure alignment of strategies aimed at enhancing sales on QR.com, and leverage synergies across departments for improved outcomes to emphasis on optimizing user experience and improving conversion rates.
  • Design and launch campaigns aimed at reducing fare parity issues in key markets, leveraging data insights to tailor messaging and offers with the focus in improving traffic and incremental sales.
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels, including metasearch and affiliate partnerships, to enhance visibility and drive traffic to QR.com. Monitor, and report on KPIs for distribution marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Drive innovation in distribution marketing practices, exploring new technologies and strategies to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations.
  • Working along with the leadership team to identify and implement cost optimization strategies across distribution marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing revenue potential.
  • Implement a framework for regular analysis of channel performance data, leveraging insights to drive strategic adjustments and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Perform other department duties related to this position as directed by the Head of the Department.

About You

We are looking for a professional who possesses the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum High School, Diploma, Bachelors or Equivalent with of 9+ years’ experience in marketing, managing metasearch & affiliate campaigns, including bid strategies, performance tracking and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent experience in analyzing marketing performance data.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technologies and tools, including API integrations
  • Preferably with relevant work experience within airline/OTA
  • Practical knowledge of project management tools.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver high quality work.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and other systems.
