About The Role
Qatar Airways are looking for a professional to join our Loyalty team as a Senior Member Service Agent.
As a Senior Member Service Agent, you will be responsible for offering all Privilege Club related services to Privilege Club members. The role will assist members with their queries related to their QRPC accounts and provide a one-stop solution for members regarding award bookings, upgrades, ticketing and other Loyalty services.
As part of the role’s operational responsibilities, you will also:
- Provide Privilege Club members visiting the member service desk clear and accurate membership information, answering questions and queries clearly, delivering a professional and efficient service.
- Make award bookings and issue tickets for members providing an efficient and one-stop solution.
- Assist members with their account information and ensure issues are resolved in one visit to avoid inconvenience, escalation and complaints.
- Ensure all redemption requests are processed, providing alternatives to the member where seats for their desired date of travel is not available, to ensure that they are able to redeem their Avios and travel as desired.
- Assist with any additional tasks which are critical to the Loyalty business. Special Request Handling such as; UMNR/YP Service, Seat and Meal Preferences, WCHR requests and Online failure cases etc.
- Process all QRPC related queries from members in a timely, professional and efficient way to ensure Member satisfaction.
- Support all other QRPC related activities from head office.
- Ensure escalations are timely channeled to the Supervisor, for solutions to avoid complaints and ensure the member is satisfied/ happy.

About You
A successful candidate should possess the following experience and qualifications:
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Professional knowledge of Arabic, written and spoken is a must.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative, multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in reservation system (Amadeus).
- 1-2 years of Reservations & Ticketing experience.
- Airline reservations system knowledge.
