Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed Scope of Work (SoW) documents for hiring Master Planning, Design, PMCM, and Construction Supervision consultants.
• Ensure SoW documents are clear, precise, and aligned with project objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to define evaluation criteria and selection processes.
• Review consultant contracts in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure all design-related deliverables align with client expectations, project goals, and local/international regulations.
• Facilitate design workshops, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Monitor consultant performance, providing feedback and resolution strategies for any design issues.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Chartered or Professional Engineer from an accredited institution is required with additional Membership of an accredited, recognized Project Management Institution is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10+ years demonstrable experience in design and scope writing .
- Ability to coordinate, corporate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills;
