Job Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our Engineering team and ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on various hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Address guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure safety and operational standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and track inventory of supplies.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with special projects and renovations as needed.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
