About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis to ensure management is provided with timely data to support decision-making. You will maintain the Product Development & Design (PDD) data warehouse and utilize BI tools to conduct market research, benchmarks, and provide reports. Your primary focus will be on utilizing data points to derive insights and preparing executive presentations. You must be capable to understand financial insights and effectively present and integrate with operational insights which can assist in decision making.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate with assigned business areas to understand their processes and data points, effectively translating their data into relevant PDD resources.
  • Build insights dashboards with relevant stakeholders for management review and decision making.
  • Maintain constant communication with all relevant teams to understand and assess their requirements, providing reports to support these needs.
  • Analyze customer operational and consumption behaviors to understand trends, new and existing needs, areas for improvement.
  • Support on any product research as and when needed.
  • Prepare executive presentations to support department projects and communicate key insights to senior management.
  • Support in building the data points across the customer journey with various stakeholders to support on customer satisfaction monitoring against established KPIs. Evaluate trends and highlight key findings to the line manager, and provide recommendations for business and product improvement.

About You

  • Min. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of consumer behavior to understand behavior, market trends, new/existing needs, segment profitability, area of improvement and growth opportunity
  • Advanced level experience of using visualization tool(s) (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau or similar platforms).
  • Demonstrated experience of conducting product market research
  • Experience in business performance analysis and propose strategies and solutions
