You’ll collaborate with a talented team of technicians and engineers, driving safety initiatives and operational excellence while overseeing the repair processes for a variety of rotating equipment. Your leadership will not only shape the facility’s growth strategy but also enhance customer satisfaction through strong relationships with clients, ensuring that we meet and exceed Siemens Energy’s esteemed standards for quality and safety.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead the planing and execution of the facility build project, ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness.
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets effectively to optimize resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement among your team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and address inquiries.
  • Identify and pursue new repair opportunities in the region with the business development team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and compliance with Siemens Energy standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in client service or leadership roles, with 5+ years in service repair facilities.
  • Strong project management skills and in-depth knowledge of repair technologies.
  • Proven experience in team management and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment standards, with high integrity and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
