OBJECTIVE

The purpose of the role is to sustain and drive revenue growth by selling high-value products or services. This role plays a crucial part in expanding the company’s market presence, driving business growth, and ensuring business sustainability by engaging new clientele and managing strong client relationships, deep market and industry insights. This main purpose is to collaborate with the sales team to understand the clients requirements and business challenges

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying potential clients that can benefit from the enterprise solutions offered by the company.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand the unique challenges and requirements of each client.
  • Tailoring enterprise solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, demonstrating how the products or services can solve their problems or improve their business processes
  • Presenting and Demonstrating Solutions: Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the enterprise solutions.
  • Negotiating Contracts: Managing the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product management, customer services, project manager, other support functions to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position the company’s solutions.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company
  • Read and understanding of Customer demands, requirements, Analysis and recommend best possible solutions.
  • Fulfill all tender/contract/RFP etc. requirements and ensure to cover the risks and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with other sales, pre-sales, services and implementation teams.
  • Show creativity in-market execution, demand generation, solution offerings within relevant product and services.

Skills

  • Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent. Strong ICT/Engineering background is preferred.
  • Qatari/ GCC driving license is mandatory
  • Minimum 7years on hand experience in areas of computing devices, IT infra , AV, Digital workflow, cloud solution in corporate sales.
  • Experience in similar field Qatar/GCC market in same capacity is a plus.
  • Demonstrated business acumen – planning, negotiation, presentation skills, analytical and influencing skills
