The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the digital presence and engagement of the company’s clients. They will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating, and curating content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in coordinating between sales, products and other content divisions, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive meaningful engagement across various social media platforms.

  • Create engaging and shareable social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.
  • Curate relevant and compelling content from reputable sources to supplement the content calendar.
  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Interact and engage with the audience, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Foster a sense of community and build brand loyalty through meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics and insights.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights to demonstrate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Monitor social media conversations and address any negative comments or feedback promptly and diplomatically.
  • Monitor social media channels and stay alert to relevant industry trends, news, and discussions.
  • Highly analytical and results-driven Media Buyer to oversee our Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience as a social media coordinator
  • Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
  • Native Arabic Speaker (Preferred)
