Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Interview Details: Face-to-face interviews will be held in Istanbul during the 2nd week of March. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to the time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical engineering expertise consistent with Engineer-level competency to contribute to department objectives and meet company strategy.
• Key Job Accountabilities:
• Provide electrical engineering support to operations and asset maintenance in day-to-day troubleshooting, including Level-2 complexity issues and PM/CM activities as per maintenance strategies.
• Initiate Management of Change (MOC) processes and support engineering in feasibility studies and implementation of MOC recommendations to the asset electrical team.
• Provide inputs to the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) team to improve system maintenance strategies and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), risk screening, and Formal Risk Assessment (FRA).
• Contribute to the budget, IT demand plan, and technical training plan to meet department objectives.
• Support the review and development of maintenance procedures as per company standards.
• Supervise activities undertaken by contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure the execution of the maintenance quality verification program in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide in-house technical training to the asset maintenance team as part of the technical competency program.
• Manage contracts to support electrical maintenance and repairs as per the maintenance plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, majoring in Engineering in the area of specialization.
• Knowledge and Experience:
• 4 years of electrical experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
