Job Title: Integrated Control Systems (ICS) Administrator

Interview Details:

Face-to-face interviews will be held in Istanbul during the second week of May.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer Integrated Control Systems (ICS) through system monitoring, health checks, troubleshooting, and analysis.
  • Perform system activities such as backups of applications, databases, and special files required for system rebuilding.
  • Handle day-to-day troubleshooting, including Level-2 complexity issues, and conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Provide daily support to operations, participate in Alarm Management and Project Review Meetings, attend Risk-Based Work Selection (RBWS) meetings, asset monthly meetings, and manage the issue register.
  • Work shifts to support shutdown and startup requirements during shutdowns.
  • Assist engineering in feasibility studies and implement EMOC recommendations in the system.
  • Provide inputs to the RCM team to improve system maintenance strategies, participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), risk screening, and Formal Risk Assessment (FRA).
  • Review spare parts availability and requirements, and raise Stock Amendment Requests (SAR) as needed.
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for new control systems to ensure proper technology transfer and acceptance.
  • Support the commissioning of control systems before plant startup, assist with the tie-in of new projects to existing facilities, and manage project handovers.
  • Provide in-house technical training to engineers and the Asset Maintenance team as part of the technical competency program.
  • Support Quality Assurance/Quality Control verification for maintenance PM/CM activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, majoring in I&C, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in instrumentation and control within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Knowledge of DCS, PLCs, TMR, ESD systems, and third-party system interfaces with DCS.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP systems.
