Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager specializing in mall leasing to join our tea. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail leasing, tenant mix planning, and negotiations with leading retail brands.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract high-quality retail tenants.

· Identify and negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable terms for the mall.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address their leasing concerns.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize tenant mix and enhance mall positioning.

· Work closely with property management, marketing, and finance teams to align leasing strategies with overall business goals.

· Prepare leasing reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review.

· Manage lease renewals, terminations, and rental escalations effectively.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in mall leasing within the UAE.

· Strong network and relationships with retail brands and tenants.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

· Ability to develop leasing strategies and drive revenue growth.

· Strong financial acumen in lease structuring and rental forecasting.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
