Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Engineering Support: Provide advanced electrical engineering support to projects, operations, and maintenance, contributing to the division’s strategy and goals.
• Equipment Management: Execute expert electrical engineering activities for proactive, optimal, and cost-effective management of critical electrical equipment.
• Integrity Program: Lead and support the implementation of integrity programs for electrical equipment to achieve high standards of safety, reliability, and availability.
• Best Practices: Define and document best practices within electrical engineering and execute performance improvement initiatives.
• Risk Assessment: Lead and support risk assessment and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Task Completion: Ensure effective completion of tasks and activities, meeting section and division KPIs.
• Supervision: Lead, support, and supervise activities undertaken by contractors, consultants, and service providers.
• Coaching: Coach less experienced engineers, helping them develop as professionals and implement company integrity and reliability systems.
• Training Programs: Develop and support training programs to keep abreast of new technologies and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 8 years of engineering experience in an oil and gas environment.
• Skills:
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Proficient with engineering software tools.
• Specialist Electrical Engineer level of competence.
