Key Responsibilities

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Operate office telecommunication system to transfer incoming call to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulation
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Perform other general duties related to the position as directed by the Administration Officer

Qualifications

  • High School Qualification with minimum 1 year of job related experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with no prior job related experience
  • A brilliant multi-tasker.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good English language – oral and written skill required.
  • Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is an advantage.
