Job Summary

  • Perform secretarial duties in order to facilitate daily activities.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and compile required presentations.
  • Provide feedback to clients and stakeholders as per given instructions.
  • Maintain the daily agenda and appointments.
  • Maintain and prepare necessary documentation and follow ups.
  • Schedule meetings and make all the related arrangements so that all periodic and ad hoc meetings of the department are adequately organized.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external parties in order facilitate fluent exchange of information and effective collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

  • Good computer and MS office skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Well organized and able to work autonomously.
  • Arabic and English speaking required.

Education

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
