Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Product to lead our Operations & Logistics teams. This role focuses on developing innovative customer, merchant, and courier support services, while also driving logistics and delivery efficiency. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational processes, ensuring that our logistics solutions set new standards for speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead the Operations & Logistics product teams, establishing a clear vision and ensuring that all initiatives align with Snoonu’s strategic goals.
- Roadmap and OKRs Management: Develop and oversee comprehensive roadmaps for the logistics and operations teams, focusing on initiatives that drive value for both the business and customers. Track and evaluate progress through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Coaching and Mentoring: Foster a culture of growth by coaching a team of Product Managers, helping them refine their skills and progress in their careers at Snoonu.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational and business challenges into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring all teams are aligned and updated.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering and technology leaders to expedite the development and deployment of key logistics and operational features, balancing speed with quality.
- Efficiency and Innovation: Streamline internal processes to boost operational efficiency, drive scalability, and encourage innovation within product development.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, with specific expertise in logistics, operations, or delivery services.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and leading high-performing product teams.
- Agile Expertise: Strong foundation in Agile practices and Scrum methodologies to manage fast-paced product cycles.
- Analytical Skills: Deep proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-moving, unstructured environments and excels at managing dynamic challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving capability with a strategic mindset and innovative approach.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
