About the location:

seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital; experience the completely new Four Seasons Hotel Doha, reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.

Responsibilities:-

  • Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, work out areas, ofuro, and steam rooms. Additionally, it might be required to maintain in fitness and pool areas if the need arises.
  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort
  • Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
  • Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and waiting rooms.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
  • Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines.
  • Introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists and fitness instructors etc.)
  • Keep locker areas neat and tidy at all times.
  • Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing
  • Clean and stock waiting area
  • Assist other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas (massage therapists, fitness instructors and wellness programs, etc.)
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management.
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills:-
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position with a luxury hotel or resort
  • Certified for massage and beauty treatments.
  • Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills
  • Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences
