Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with an architectural background to oversee and manage fit-out projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction and architectural fields, with a focus on interior fit-out project management. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all project elements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligning with client requirements and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage end-to-end fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to oversee design and implementation phases.
– Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple fit-out projects.
– Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure quality control.
– Oversee procurement of materials and resources, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and expectations, translating these into actionable project goals.
– Implement risk management practices to mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
– Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and any changes to the management team and clients.
– Ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed on all sites.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– 8–13 years of experience in project management, specifically in handling interior fit-out projects.
– Proven track record of successful project delivery in the construction or architectural industry.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
– Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred
– PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
– Previous experience working in the Middle East, especially in KSA.
