Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.
Job Purpose:
The F&B Supervisor will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations in our food and beverage outlets. This position involves leading a team of staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of food and beverage service areas, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and adhere to quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and stock control.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training.
- Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
