We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting across various industries, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading recruitment drives, volume hiring, and managing our talent acquisition strategies to attract the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Utilize ATS tools and software for efficient recruitment and data management.
– Lead recruitment drives and volume hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
– Head-hunt and network with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
– Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
– Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
– Based in Qatar.
– Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
– Strong head-hunting and networking skills.
– Demonstrated experience in handling recruitment drives and volume hiring.
– Experience in working across various industries.
– Proficient in using ATS tools and recruitment software.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
– Strong and assertive personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
– Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and regulations.
– Strong analytical skills to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
