Job title: Completion Lead (Project Engineering/Interface)

Assignment type: Contract

Work location: Qatar/South Korea (must be open to relocate to either locations, depending on project need)

Work schedule: Residential, 5 days per week

Estimated Start date: 01-NOV-2024

Estimated End date: 31-DEC-2025 (with possibility to extend)

Accountabilities

  • Ensure final Project Dossier including Project final documentations are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, Company Standards and Project SOR.
  • Support Project Manager for planning, organizing, execution and control of Project Completion and Close out and Handover activities
  • Ensure efficient and effective interface management with Engineering Team, PMT and MP FOPS and other Company entities to control proper realization of completion and close out stage of Project.
  • Ensure delivery of regular technical report to MP/DES Engineering Manager or his delegate on outstanding technical engineering issues, Project final documentation, and Engineering close out activities
  • Manage, control, and coordinate the proper realization of the final engineering development phase and delivery for Project. Ensure progress delivery in compliance with project specifications and procedures, time schedule, required level of quality and safety.
  • To support and manage close out of the all the stages from detail engineering, commissioning, performance tests completion, settlement of any claims, execution of close out certificates including for warranty period commencement, transfer and archiving of final documentations and issuance of close out reports.
  • Manage interfaces and providing technical engineering support within the Project teams including Engineering, Area Engineers, Procurement, Hookups and Offshore Teams and with other NOC entities including MP FOPS, FOPS and E&C on technical subjects.
  • Deliver the final engineering documentations, as-built drawings, and handover the final dossier to E&C.
  • Ensure close out of all Project TQs and Deviations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering,
  • Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas project with minimum 8 years’ experience as Project Engineer/Engineering Coordinator.
  • Experience within a project team: At least 10 years’ experience at senior level within large multinational taskforce team environment,
  • Experience in offshore facilities at all phases (conceptual up to EPC)
  • Available for technical missions worldwide,
  • Language: Fluent English,
  • Computer literate,
  • Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
  • Good analytical skills,
  • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
