As the Experience Management Leader, you will be responsible for maximizing business performance and delivering on our talent agenda through proactive management of the talent pool within MENA. In addition, responsible for managing project prioritization and delivery as well as workforce forecasting with a specific focus on centralization models, skills, capability and trends.
The opportunity
Your role is to ensure we maximize business performance and deliver on our talent agenda through proactive management of our talent pool. You will succeed by ensuring the team the right people are available, at the right time. You will be using your specialist knowledge and relationships to ensure we maximize productivity and develop our talent through their on the job experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management – Responsible for managing key relationships within Leadership Team, Partner Group and Business Enablement Team across MENA
- Coordinates the identification of required skills including grades/locations in line the business strategy including the centralization model
- Continuous improvement – Roll out of established strategic initiatives to support the Talent, Quality or Business agenda. Also identifying new opportunities and driving them to improve team performance and our clients experience with the team i.e., the Business
- Talent pool management & experience optimization – Proactively identifying opportunities for all available resources and collaboration with STCs on performance management, PIP’s, internal transfers etc
- Ensuring effective deployment of our people across MENA and beyond, minimizing time and costs impact
- Leakage management and data quality – Ensuring ubiquitous and effective use of key enablers and data quality that supports rapid decisions
- Managing the experience management team. Note: The majority of the team will be managed remotely

To qualify you must have
- Experience with workforce planning and/or business operations within professional services environments
- Experience in centralization modeling and implementation
- Experience in project management
- Working experience in MENA
- Refined relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of business systems and refined data analysis skills
- Experience working closely with colleagues in a high-performing team
Ideally, you will also have
- A degree or postgraduate in a related discipline
- People management and development experience
