About the role:

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. To manage the Bar Outlet, act as a business management and marketing specialist to operate the Bar efficiently and successfully.

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests.

International Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent written and spoken English.
