Manages and schedules administrative tasks for Production Unit Manager and staff.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and correspondences.
Prepare and submit reports to Company
Organize office events and manage expense reports.
Assist with the mobilization of new employees and visitors.
Create work orders and purchase requisitions in SAP.
Process service entries and goods receipts.
Code finance invoices and follow up on purchase orders.
Resolve SharePoint issues and ensure IM compliance.
Collaborate with the IM Compliance team.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Manage records and update operations documents.
Your Profile
BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent
Professional experience: Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience required in contracts within the O&G industry and minimum 7 years of experience as a Contract Engineer in the company
Personal Abilities: Basic Management, Advanced Human Relations, Problem Solving and Planning / organizing / coordinating / controlling
Advanced level in Contracts technical Competencies required
