Your Tasks

  • Manages and schedules administrative tasks for Production Unit Manager and staff.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and correspondences.
  • Prepare and submit reports to Company
  • Organize office events and manage expense reports.
  • Assist with the mobilization of new employees and visitors.
  • Create work orders and purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Process service entries and goods receipts.
  • Code finance invoices and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Resolve SharePoint issues and ensure IM compliance.
  • Collaborate with the IM Compliance team.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Manage records and update operations documents.

Your Profile

  • BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent
  • Professional experience: Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience required in contracts within the O&G industry and minimum 7 years of experience as a Contract Engineer in the company
  • Personal Abilities: Basic Management, Advanced Human Relations, Problem Solving and Planning / organizing / coordinating / controlling
  • Advanced level in Contracts technical Competencies required
  • C&P tools advanced certification required
