Job Purpose:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at The Ned Doha. The Security Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the hotel premises.
• Monitor surveillance systems and review footage as necessary.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor security staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security activities and incidents.
• Conduct investigations and follow up on security breaches and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in security management is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a security role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficient in using security technology and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid security license and certifications as required by law.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
