Primary purpose of the job

• Oversee affiliates’ real estate agreements/contracts and ensure they are properly managed in terms of handling and reviewing existing, renewed, and new Lease Agreements (nationally and internationally)
• This includes tendering for such agreements, to ensure QatarEnergy’s interest as well as the affiliate company’s interests are safeguarded
• In addition to managing and evaluating the commercial stores in QatarEnergy HQ

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate activities for a large Middle Eastern employer, including 3 years supervisory experience
• Has thorough knowledge of Corporation’s operational work sites and premises in Doha
• Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Arabic

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
