  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the oil and gas industry.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Drive sales initiatives to increase revenue, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders to potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, identifying opportunities for differentiation and market advantage.
  • Enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation through targeted marketing and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and market insights for senior management.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, projects, trading, and finance, to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • Minimum of in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas market, including key trends, players, and technologies.
  • Communication Skills complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience in managing business development projects from conception to completion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
