About The Role
Attend to all emergencies, give first aid, and in the case of serious incidents accompany colleagues to hospital. – Promote Health and Safety programs, including injury prevention, disability long term and short term and coaching departments on the hotel’s modified work program.
What You Will Do
- Control the accuracy of sick leave authorization forms
- Coordinate sick leave reporting with other departments and update sick colleagues conditions to managers while maintaining the confidentiality
- Ensure that all Qatar Municipality and Health Authority requirements are strictly followed
- Ensure Health Card records for all required colleagues are kept up to date
- Assist colleagues when work-related injuries arise from seeking medical care until workmen’s compensation claim
- Provide primary health service to all employees and, if required, guests in the Hotel
- Provide First Aid when the need arises in the Hotel and Accommodation
- Arrange medical referrals and ambulance transport for emergency cases
- Maintain the records of daily and weekly statistics of colleagues’ clinic visits
- Implement and maintain all administration regarding health care, sick leave documentation and medical filing for all colleagues
