About The Role

We are hiring for your skills to provide support to the HR Strategy, Transformation and Digital team in project management and implementation of strategic roadmap for the HR Division, in alignment with Groups strategy. Your role would be to ensure that projects are updated and managed on a regular basis allowing for a smooth flow of essential information through the duration of the projects. You will assist the Project Managers in management, coordination, development and implementation of project plans, and fulfil the necessary management and operational requirements. Your role would also involve monitoring and tracking of project deliverables and outcomes including preparation of preliminary reports in relation to budget, schedule and resources.

Other Operational Duties Would Include

  • Support implementation of project management best practices to build relevant knowledge repository for use by HR Community
  • Responsible for preparation of materials, documents and presentations required for the implementation of projects
  • Guide, train and tutor new users on utilization of functions and tools and underlying analysis defining its inputs. Update training and user guide information for resource process.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and identifying techniques for quality control and development plan
  • Support strategic communications related to HR transformation by preparing presentations for regular reporting to management
  • Continuously align with all stakeholders & internal departments (e.g.: IT, Finance, Vendors, & Consultants etc.) to ensure project tracking is up to date and budgets and within the assigned budget.
  • Monitoring risk rating and mitigation plans and ensure adherence to project/program guidelines to mitigate the risk of project failure for appropriate risk management.
  • Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Management Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
  • 3 years of experience in PMO/ project administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills & communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in HR Project Management
  • Project Management certification
