As a Product Insights & BI Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to ensure management is provided with the timely data to support decision making. Maintain Product Development & Design data warehouse. Utilize BI tools to conduct market research, benchmarks and provide reports.
Other Key Responsibilities Are
- Work with assigned business areas to understand their business process and data points, in order to effectively translate their data into relevant PDD data resources.
- Constantly communicate with all relevant teams to understand and assess their requirements, and provide reports to support the requirements.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of consumer behavior to understand behavior, market trends, new/existing needs, segment profitability, area of improvement and growth opportunity.
- Conduct product market research to drive sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare presentations to support department projects.
- Assess performance of all activities in the customer journey, evaluate against the target and relevant KPIs, highlight key findings/observation to line manager for full evaluation and provide recommendations for business / product improvement.
- Support the process of developing project plans by providing accurate data, analysis on past trends or any other relevant information to improve the accuracy of future projection as well as to support the business plan.
- Provide business performance analysis and propose strategies and solutions to the line manager to address commercial challenges and issue identified.
Conduct periodic assessment and maintenance of data within PDD data warehouse to ensure that the most accurate information is availed to support accurate reporting.
Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Product Development & Design Team
- Min. Diploma, Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- 4+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of consumer behavior to understand behavior, market trends, new/existing needs, segment profitability, area of improvement and growth opportunity
- Advanced level experience of using visualization tool(s) (e.g. Power Bi, Tableau or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated experience of conducting product market research
- Experience in business performance analysis and propose strategies and solutions
