Responsibilities
• Developing, Controlling, Planning and Forecasting the project’s budget.
• Make sure that projects are completed within the approved budget and minimize the deflection from it.
• Evaluate the financial requirements of a project, develop effective budgeting plans and ensure their implementation.
• Write reports and analyse financial data to monitor the performance of the organization and introduce ways of reducing costs.
• Cooperate with Project Managers to implement a specific project without exceeding its budget.
• ` Monitoring and analysing costs.
• Developing and adjusting costs.
• Researching to find opportunities to reduce expenses.
• Evaluating Project requirements to provide vital resources, including financial and human resources.
• Communicating with suppliers to negotiate materials costs.
• Optimising decommissioning procedures to minimize losses.
• Visiting and monitoring project works to asses wastage and efficiency.
• Developing financial reporting procedures and systems.
• Calculating the variance between the budgeting plan and reality.
• Developing cost-efficient solutions to implement changes.
Qualifications
• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting
• + 7 years of experience.
• Good communication skill
