Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join YM Group in Doha. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and support the team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and ordering as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications, redirecting them as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Perform data entry and update spreadsheets and databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
