  • Coordinating for tender document collection
  • Coordinating all tender related communications
  • Assisting in preparation of tenders and coordinating with related departments for tender submissions.
  • Assisting in preparation of pre-tender clarifications
  • Inter-departmental circulation of incoming & outgoing correspondences related to tenders
  • Preparation of Tender Bonds
  • Preparation of documents (Technical & Commercial) for tender submissions as per the tender requirement
  • Inter-departmental coordination for the proper communication and submission of tenders.
  • Coordinating and preparing post-tender clarifications.
  • Filing of submitted documents
  • Assisting in preparation of quotations.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in handling fit out tender submissions is mandatory
  • Updating related logs and maintaining E-filing.
  • Performs other related duties assigned by the line manager.
