The role is lead the property function owning E2E fit out projects from design to execution, closure, handover and acceptance in offices and retail shops as well as contract management of lease agreements, leading renewal negations and market survey for new options. Act as an SME for sustainability initiatives and energy and cost efficiency initiates across offices and retail shops. Combine technical and personal skills in successfully managing the completion of all projects in time according to scope and quality and against allocated budget

• E2E ownership for design and build of all VFQ property portfolio
• Set the technical strategy and specifications for fit out projects
• Control CapeX budget for fit out
• Own the leas contract negotiations to maximize business and financial benefit to VFQ
• Manage the internal and external stakeholders (IT, SCM, Technology, PRO, Consultants, vendors, contractors, owner representatives, municipality)
• Follow up the project progress on daily basis to make sure that the project implementation is within the agreed period and cost.
• Handle the weekly/monthly governance meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
• Approve all submittals and materials from the project vendors based on the agreed BOQ and SPECS
• Managing the project phases up to the final commissioning phase ensuring the project deliverables with fully compliance with the H&S absolute rules
• Fit-out project deliverables in terms of time, quality and cost.
• Cost efficiency through effective contract negotiations (fit out and lease)
• The periodical reports/governance meetings outcome reports.
• Commissioning and municipality completion certificate issuance.
• Zero H&S incident.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, architectural, electrical) or relevant.
• Background, PMP or prince I or II.
• Previous work experience with fit out contractors as site engineer or PM or quantity surveyors. track record of successful completion and hand over of projects
• Construction/fit-out project management skills (5-7 years in fit-out projects).
• Strong vendors and stakeholders’ management skills.
• Good communication skills.
