Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, build brand awareness, and foster relationships with B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our FMCG products, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, visuals, and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to generate leads and acquire new B2B clients through targeted marketing efforts and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support B2B client acquisition and retention efforts, providing marketing materials, support, and assistance as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives, and proactively offering solutions and support to drive mutual success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking with potential clients and partners and promoting our brand and products effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in FMCG marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving results and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret and leverage marketing metrics and KPIs effectively.
