We are looking for an experienced and skilled Site Engineer to join our team on a PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT ONLY.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Must have solid experience in interior and exterior fit-out works, including civil works and finishing works.
• Must have practical knowledge of all project stages, from initial site preparation and civil works through fit-out, final finishing, testing, and handover.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and able to read, interpret, and review technical drawings.
• Must have good technical knowledge of MEP works, including electrical, plumbing, and AC/HVAC systems.
• Experienced in supervising civil works, interior and exterior fit-out activities, painting, flooring, ceiling works, partitions, and other finishing works.
• Able to supervise daily site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and AC/HVAC works to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure proper quality control and successful project handover.
• Must be available to work in Qatar.
