A leading law firm in Qatar is looking to appoint a Senior Associate / Counsel with strong experience in international arbitration and corporate/commercial matters.

The role would suit a bilingual Arabic/English lawyer with a strong international or regional legal background and the seniority to manage complex matters and work directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on international arbitration matters across a range of commercial disputes.
• Handling corporate and commercial matters for local and international clients.
• Managing complex legal matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients in both Arabic and English.
• Working closely with senior lawyers and clients on strategic legal matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in international arbitration.
• Solid corporate/commercial experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience working within an international or leading regional legal environment would be advantageous.
