The Cyber Pulse Podcast is looking for a full-time Podcast Guest Coordinator based in Qatar.

The main responsibility will be to identify and approach suitable guests for different podcast episodes. The candidate does not need previous experience in podcasting or media. However, they should be familiar with Qatar’s cybersecurity community and have connections with cybersecurity professionals, specialists, organizations, or industry representatives.

We are looking for someone confident, approachable, organized, and comfortable communicating with potential guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable guests for cybersecurity and technology-related episodes.
• Recommend guests based on each episode’s topic.
• Contact potential guests through LinkedIn, email, telephone, or professional connections.
• Introduce the Cyber Pulse Podcast and explain the proposed episode.
• Follow up with guests and confirm their participation.
• Coordinate recording dates and times.
• Collect guest biographies, photographs, job titles, and other required information.
• Share the proposed topic and discussion questions with confirmed guests.
• Maintain an updated record of potential, contacted, and confirmed guests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within Qatar’s cybersecurity community.
• Support the development of future guest-focused episode ideas.

Requirements

• Must currently be based in Qatar.
• Familiarity with Qatar’s cybersecurity community.
• Existing connections with cybersecurity professionals or relevant organizations.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Arabic communication skills are preferred.
• Confidence when approaching and communicating with professionals and senior individuals.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Interest in cybersecurity, technology, and podcasting.
• Previous experience is not required.
