Overview Of The Role
We are currently looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicles to join our Commercial Vehicles division in Qatar. The role will focus on the sales of buses and trucks, managing relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the achievement of revenue and unit sales targets.
The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding market coverage, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the long-term growth and success of the Commercial Vehicles business.
What You Will Do
- Achieve revenue, unit sales, and customer engagement targets through effective sales process management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to prospects and customers to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and issue technical and commercial quotations, negotiate pricing within approved parameters, and follow through to order closure.
- Manage customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery while considering lead times, specification changes, and demand.
- Gather market and competitor information to support business planning, pricing, product positioning, and customer retention.
- Support the Sales Manager in preparing annual budgets, business proposals, and action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ensure customer payments are received on time and support the business in maintaining healthy receivables.
Required Skills To Be Successful
- Preferably a degree in Business Administration; an Engineering background would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within reputed commercial vehicle brands.
- Experience in Qatar region is preferred.
- Qatar driving license is preferred.
