About the role
Qatar Airways is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Revenue Management team as an Administration Coordinator, based in Doha, Qatar.
As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient operation of the Commercial Department. In this role, you will manage confidential information, coordinate communications, support the Department Head, and assist with projects and initiatives that contribute to departmental and corporate objectives.
Specific Responsibilities For The Role Include
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Commercial Department.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for department leadership, including flights, visas, accommodation, and related documentation.
- Coordinate departmental communications by managing correspondence, emails, telephone enquiries, and document distribution while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain business documents, including reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting materials, and other departmental records.
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems, ensuring the secure handling, organization, and retrieval of sensitive information and official documentation.
- Track and follow up on departmental requests and activities, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion and effective coordination.
- Support departmental projects and initiatives by managing multiple priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Manage office administration and asset records, including coordinating office equipment requirements, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the effective functioning of the department.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Relevant College or University qualifications or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently, adapt to diverse environments, and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
