Job Summary:
The Administrative Specialist will provide office administrative services and other required auxiliary support to business functions. The role is responsible for delivering quality administrative services, following best practices to improve operational efficiency and supporting cost-effective business operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Admin Assistant, Admin Specialist, or similar administrative role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an MNC environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP is required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Office administration and vendor management.
- Executive administration and coordination skills.
- Logistics support and transportation coordination.
- ERP hands-on knowledge in materials, PR/PO, invoice, and payment processes.
- Budget monitoring and cost control support.
- Internal control compliance.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
